With this type of repetition, New Years can become an ultimate reminder of our failures rather than a chance for new beginning. If ever year we are looking back at the promises that we made but never kept, that could become discouraging, especially if those promises are to better who we are as a person.

I know now that I can get my resolutions back on track, after reading this book and seeing the 12 steps that I need to do to make them happen! This has helped me refocus and move forward in achieving my goals this year! One of the best books I have read on how to keep on track and achieve your goals!
